Formative feedback can be crucial to supporting pupil progress, especially when they are learning new skills. The perennial dilemma for any teacher is how to find the time to provide formative, rather than summative, feedback whilst also committing sufficient time to planning and other responsibilities. To try and cut this Gordian knot, Katie Bovey of the Biology department devised a series of stickers to help make her marking formative but fast. Read about how she got on below:
