Each year the school offers teaching staff the opportunity to undertake an extended action research project, known as a Perse Research Award. The goal of these research projects is to support the development of academic departments or the school as a whole. Last year, Tiggy Tooze introduced a new method of delivering feedback in her Year 7 English lessons.
